Put a very simple logic, once one slit is painted then it will act as thin film. in transmitted case of thin film, condition of maxima and minima is reverted. which will act minima in case of maxima and vice versa. now it is clear that 1. both sorces are still active so pattern will not disappear. 2. option 2 and 4 can not be correct at together. 3. fainting of the fringes is connected to intensity of the light, since it is almost unchanged, so it will not happen. from 2 and 4. above explanation clarify that due to condition of maxima and minima has reverted, there should be reverse pattern for bright and dark fringes on the screen. clearly, you should tick on 1, 2, and 3 as these all are incorrect statements.
