how do you know that answer is acc. to anticlo...? if c were clockwise then also it is given why would we multiply by a -ve

    eduncle-logo-app

in vector calculus , anticlockwise direction is taken as ideal case . means all formula , derivations in vector calculus are according to anticlockwise . So , if given anticlockwise then solve using formula . and if given clockwise , multiply by negative .

If you read derivations ,formulas in vector calculus , they suppose anticlockwise direction before any derivation.
