    the angular dispersion is defined as the rate of change of the angle of the dispersed light, , with wavelength, λ. We can obtain an expression for the angular dispersion by differentiating the grating equation with respect to wavelength. I have attached two approaches. Best regards.

    Dispersive power of grating :- The dispersive power of a grating is defined is the ratio of difference in angle of diffraction of any two neighbour spectral lines to the difference in wavelength between two spectral line,....... it can also be defined as diff. angle of diffraction per unit change in wavelength
