    option a is correct in this the group which is more stable will migrate as in between o+ ,s+ s+ is more stable than o+ and sulphur will migrate in this case

    Option A is correct roni.. It is dienone-phenol rearrangement. Here S group will migrate because it can easily donates elecron pair and show more +R and thus carbocation is more stabilised by migration of S rather than O

    I don't think a is right option...Oxygen is more basic than sulphus and thus it can donate electrons easily compared to sulphur..In my opinion, wherever I have explained is correct..
