    it is not wolff kishner or Clemensen reduction... because in Wolff Kishner Reduction, base is used & in Clemmensen Reduction Acid is used.. under acidic & basic conditions, epoxide ring opens up... thus, without effecting epoxide, if we wish to reduces carbonyl group to methylene group, we have to use MOZINGO METHOD.. i. e., protecting carbonyl group with 1,2 - ethanedothiol and then reducing with H2/Ni..thus the answer is " C"
