In IISc and IIser , you will get integrated PhD. In IITs you go for MSc. And for pass percentage, I can tell you about IITs , There is no such thing , It all depends on the professor. He can pass you even at 20% and Relative grading is applicable in IITs.

different iits have different criteria which you can find on there sites or simply Google it. but mostly iits have 6.0 CPI as minimum. when you are selected some institute your senior told that to you. and the last thing is that if you got int. PhD from iisc then go iisc/iiser. but for IIT according to me go for m.sc
