Just know this, Organic spectroscopy is basically the application part of spectroscopy...it is about how it is being used in practical life... Physical spectroscopy is basically the whole theory and concept behind everything...it's more mathematical and you develop the understanding at molecular level.

See Thermodynamics is taught in physics & chemistry. But in chemistry whole concept is based on internal energy. But in physics we are interested in work. But both convey the same knowledge in two different languages.

Spectroscopy always remain same. But from organic point of view they are used for structure elucidation in organic we are taught about spectra manipulation. But from physical point of view we are interested in molecular physical properties such bond strength, bond length, energy so we study formula & all. That's it . We use it for different purposes hence we are taught separately.

These both spectra are used for structure elucidation of compounds...by measuring the different electromagnetic radiation....and you read both spectra by correlating together

see there is not very much difference in both the types...In organic spectroscopy mainly we read NMR part,IR/UV spectra and mainly aim to know about organic compounds...and in physical spectroscopy part we read rotational, vinbrational ,raman ,electronic etc...

yes, both are same but in organic chemistry we talk about organic compounds.
