    Answer is simple. q will have effect at 8 sections of 3D xyz coordinates. Therefore ♀ = q/(8e) , and that charge at corner directly influence only 3 of 6 faces opposite of that charge (just think) then ♀ = q/(3*8e) = q/(24e) //// where ♀ is flux and e is epsilon not.

    8 identical cubes of side 'a' are taken to form a larger cube of side '2a'. Now put a charge q at the centre of this larger cube. This charge q lies at one corner of each smaller cube. Now the electric flux through this larger cube is q/€. Due to symmetry we can say flux through one of the eight smaller cubes is 1/8 of q/€. All the field lines going through a smaller cube intersect only 3 surfaces of that cube, which are not attached to the corner where the charge q is kept. So (due to symmetry) the flux through one such surface will be 1/3 of the total flux throuh a smaller cube i.e., 1/3 of 1/8 of q/€= q/24€. So opt(c) is correct.
