    I think none of the option is correct here.Blowouts are depressions caused by wind erosion and wadies is also a shallow depression formed in arid regions usually in deserts. Ventifacts formed by abrasive action of wind and this creates action on the soft weak rocks which are prone to abrasion. Yardang is a wind eroded ridges in which soft rocks are eroded successively and the sand lies in the parallel to the wind flow (or one can say sand lies in the prevailing wind direction).
