Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

correct option is a. 4th electron is not removed from any half or fully filled orbital configuration, so it can be easily removed. Wheras, removing 3s electron from 3s2 config will require more energy, and hence will have larger value
mam I think for IE4 .. 4th electron remove form full filled s orbital
in ques its shown in equation that 1st electron ejected from s orbital
mam I think I the question they say .. compare the following process with IE4 of [Ne]3s²3p³... ??
They wont be asking to compare IE from two different ways of electron removal
