Please clarify why the answer is different when using max-min method and am>gm method

I have solved this using 3 methods. The answer using Lagrange multiplier and partial derivatives is coming 1152^-1 while using the AM>GM method its different. Please clarify the reason and also which method to use in which scenario

    because maxima minima method gives exact value and this am gm method gives only a uper bound ....if say x is less then 2 then we can x is also less then 3.... similarly am gm method give only a uper Bound
