    As the resonance or hyperconjugation increases double bond acquire single bond character and single bond acquire double bond character. Here more hyperconjugation occurs in case of C,then B then A..so more single bond character in C and hence more bond length. Thus order C>B>A

    III >II>I explanation- As the number of hyperconjugation increases, single bond characters in double bond increase or vice versa. here number of alpha H in I,II, and III are 0 , 3 and 6 respectively so number of hyperconjugation increases form left to right and hence bond C- C bond lengths also will be in order III > II > I
