please explain bounded functions .Least upper bound and greatest lower bound with examples

    A function f(x) is bounded if there are numbers m and M such that m≤f(x)≤M for all x where M is upper bound and m.is lower bound least values of upper bound is called lub or sup of f(x) greatest value of lower bound is called glb or inf of f(x) ex -1≤sin≤1 1 is least upper bound -1 is greatest lower bound
