Please explain that why the volume of the ice is neglected ur at a fonstant temperature and pressure. find ah and au if the latent heat of nslon of

6. 1 mole of ice at 0°C and 4-6 mmHg pressure is converted to water vapour at a fonstant temperature and pressure. Find AH and AU if the latent heat of nslon of Ter 1s 80 cal/and latent heat of vaporisation of liquid water at 0°C 8 696 cal/g and the volume of ice in comparison to that of water (vapour) 1s 1eglected.

    is it correct ....

    eduncle-logo-app

v2 wali equation me jo pressure liya he use atm me lena he so 760 mmhg/atm se devide krege

    eduncle-logo-app

sir mmHg = atm ke hi equal hota ....means 4.6 ATM Hoga usko mane Newton per meter squares main converty Kiya

    eduncle-logo-app

    dekho

    eduncle-logo-app

yes and sir ...here I have calculated v1 that is too small that's why In book it is mentioned that neglect volume of ice

    eduncle-logo-app

    plz tell

    eduncle-logo-app

    sir

    eduncle-logo-app

yes v1 ko 0 le skte ho because small value he

    eduncle-logo-app

sir plz tell that what is the volume of the one mole of water at 0 degree Celsius and hundred degree Celsius

    eduncle-logo-app

    sir

    eduncle-logo-app

When water is heated from 0 0C, its volume decreases because its density increases and you can see this effect upto 4 0C. Because the density of ice is maximum at 4 0C. Afterwards as the density decreases the volume increases. The main reason for this is hydrogen bond in ice gets cleaved due to the melting of ice.

    eduncle-logo-app

so is it correct method ...

    eduncle-logo-app

    this is the question

    eduncle-logo-app

sir I have solve this question by another method but I want to know this booksolution also

    eduncle-logo-app

    ye given hai shweta

    eduncle-logo-app

kyunki jb tm V vapour find krogi pv=nRT formula se wo large value aayega..jiske repsect me volume of ice negligible given hai

    eduncle-logo-app

22 .4 litres yhan kyin ni liya

    eduncle-logo-app

22400 ml put to kiya gya hai

    eduncle-logo-app

sir have u checked my method

    eduncle-logo-app

yes method to correct hai..fr confusion

    eduncle-logo-app

Nahi sir book main different krte hai n oper se ye pta ni chal rha 22.4 l kiske liye hota hai

    eduncle-logo-app

u have told it is for gas yhan liquid

    eduncle-logo-app

water vapour ke liye thk to hai
