I don't know the concept of such type of questions so please explain the concept from beginning
comparator compares two value. it's is given in the question itself. now you have two inputs, A and B. if A is greater than B, then comparator output is 1, otherwise 0. A and B are two bit inputs(given in question). So I have written all possible combinations of A and B such that A is greater than B. We have 6 such combinations as shown in the solution.
