    dear it's nothing like that from elimination we have solution of x only, but it will give us solution of y only.

    if these types of pairs are given we can use elimination method to solve them

    as you know F ,phi ,N1,N2 are constant so first remove y ,u will get equation in terms of x then find the solution of that equation. again do elimination and then remove x, u will get equation in y. do the same...
