Time management is very much important in IIT JAM. The eduncle test series for IIT JAM Mathematical Statistics helped me a lot in this portion. I am very thankful to the test series I bought from eduncle.

Considering your name, that is Aditi "agrawal", I could surely assume that you have no reservations!( or in the limiting case you you may have EWS reservation). So, I suppose you to score around 70 marks to get among best IIT's. And considering both comments by Vaishali Ma'am and Rubii. I would like to suggest you to study all subjects, but! But, you have to devide time for each subject according to their weightage and your understanding for that particular subject. You have around 7 months for JAM 2021 (I left may and didn't count January, assuming January for revision). I know you are a second year student and you have more than enough time to prepare, but I would suggest to prepare for jam 2021 as your final attempt. And Broadly speaking, you have seven subjects too. Don't devide each month to each subject. Look for their weightage and syllabus in exam. You can explore the subjects if you are interested in some low weightage subject after joining IIT.( there you will have World class professors and labs to explore) But, for now, you have to score good marks in JAM anyhow. Read Quantum mechanics later as you have not been taught QM yet. So I suggest to study all the topics suggested by both guys earlier. Start with Mathematical Physics, and then do mechanics and EMT, These three subjects have a good weightage and are covered in 1st year in most of the universities. Do more and more questions, first try to do them by your own, then ask us. We are always here for you. All the best.
