    Refer attached This theorem states that automorphisms of cyclic groups need not be cyclic .

    sir i understood that aut(z8) isomorphism to u(8) but sir i did not got how aut(Z8) isomorphic to Z2*z2....pls once help me how is that part comming

    since U(8) is isomorphic to Z2×Z2 and U(8) is also isomorphic to Aut (Z8) . implies Aur(Z8) is isomorphic to Z2×Z2
