    shweta..for getting required equation you have to invert the equation so that you can easily calculate this.👇see this

    got shweta...you have done it right.. just make the equation in such way so that you get required equation...you can use hess law in cases when reaction proceeds in various step...here just two reaction is given you have to find the enthalpy change for PbO(yellow) to PbO(red)..So proceed in the way you have done it in first case👍
