    d²sp³ will be the hybridization. Sc³+ is d⁰ configuration

    sp3d2 hybridisation. In the complex [ScF6]3- The oxidation state of Sc is +3.  Therefore, the excited state configuration (in its +3 state) will be 4s0 3d4 Which makes four out of five orbitals of the d subshell filled with one electron each. And the 4s orbital is empty. Now because F- is a weak ligand, it will pair up the electrons in the 3d subshell. Hence, the hybridization of Sc will be sp3d2.
