we know that after resonance bond order naver pure double bond or single bond so bond order become between 1 and 2. if double bond is present then it will convert to single bond by resonance so double bond character will decrease. number of resonance will decrease more double bond characters. if single bond is present then vice versa

jitna jada resonance hoga double bond ka single bond me convert hone ki probability jada hogi mean double bond character decrease hoga and bond order will also be decrease

The higher the number of alpha hydrogens present in a molecule, the more resonance there will be which will decrease the bond order which was earlier 2, thus decreasing its strength and increasing its length.
