    Shweta this similar concept you have to study in aminoacid chapter....See here in low ph in acidic medium it exists in acidic form but as the ph increases it loses H+ and convert into COO-

    in this case if we take Acidic mediun then COOH being acid does not ionised while in Base medium it release H+ to form water and convert to COO-
