Equilibrium constantsĀ aren'tĀ changedĀ if youĀ changeĀ theĀ concentrationsĀ of things present in theĀ equilibrium. The only thing thatĀ changesĀ anĀ equilibrium constantĀ is aĀ changeĀ of temperature. The position ofĀ equilibriumĀ isĀ changedĀ if youĀ changeĀ theĀ concentrationĀ of something present in the mixture.

At constant temperature, changing the equilibrium concentration does not affect Keq because the rate constants are not affected by the concentration changes. When the concentration of one of the participants is changed, the concentration of the others vary in such a way as to maintain a constant value for the Keq.

ok sir now I got it

If the concentration of one of the reactants increases, the rate of reaction will also increase, the rate constant, k will not change. ... Again the rate constant will not change. The rate constant k is thus independent of concentration and pressure.
