    answer :option A is correct . here is the detailed solution to the question .I have used the V=kQ/R for the soap bubble and drop directly ,but there is also a proper method to derive it ,which also I am attaching please have a look at it as well, this can prove to be an essential tool ahead in physics. feel free to ask doubts , best regards.
