    Option C is correct

In B... one lone pair on nitrogen is always free for donation at a time...so is most acidic

In C ,more resonance than A..so least is the basicity of C

In A there is less resonance than as it is in conjugation with only one double bond

    So overall basicity order B>A>C

option C Explanation- in option B, there are two N, so one time only one lp of N can resonate with db so one lp is always free for donation and it is most basic. In case of A, lone pair of N is conjugate with only one double bond while in case of C it ia conjugate with two double bond. more the resonance less is the availability of lp so Basicity of A>C overall B>A>C
