Electrophiles are electron deficient species. Electrophiles generally consist of positive charge on them. With increases in electron releasing capacity of any group electrophilicity of electrophile decreases. In 1st at meta position there is -I effect of NO2, In 2nd there is +R effect and In 3rd there is -R and -I effect ....And electron releasing group decreases electrophilicity and electron withdrawing group increases electrophilicity...so 2nd is least...3rd has more EW nature followed by Ist... so order will be 3>1>2

3>1>2 Explanation- electron withdrawing group increase the electrophilic nature. here there is -R effect in 3 so most electrophilic while +R in 2 so least electrophilic in nature. there is -I effect in 1
