    Nonconformity is related to the type of unconformity in which the pebbles of non sedimentary rocks(basically igneous or sometimes metamorphic) is at the bottom or underlie the Sedimentary strata. So this can be defined on the basis of contact effect so correct option has to be (A).

    contact effect below and above the below the plane of unconformity. below a igneous rock is required and above may be sedimentary and metamorphosed rock.
