    option b is correct, one rocket see other rocket length 3/5 times of it's length..

    solution is attached.. you have to find the velocity of one rocket with respect to other rocket using the velocity transformation formula... I also find the length of rocket in planet's frame too . hope you will get the solution... best regards.
