Well you can use any one of them to get the idea about the order of superposition (the order of layering or bedding in Sedimentary rocks with bottomest part as the oldest and youngest part at the top) except current ripples. They are basically known for paleocurrent analysis not for the order of superposition. So correct option would be (D).

current ripples can not be used for determining top and bottom.
