work done by magnetic force is zero so u can directly put work done to be zero.

total work done will zero see the attachment

but the given magnetic field is time dependent, so it will induce electric field in phi direction, and displacement is also in phi direction. So will not this electric field do work?

    eduncle-logo-app

displacement for one complete revolution is zero so work done by induced emf will also zero

can we do it like this? or is this wrong? can we say that electric field did work?

    eduncle-logo-app

why dont u think that total displacement is zero that is why work done will zero

    what is the answer given

I don't have official answer key... 😅 but I thought that time varying magnetic field should have some contributions to electric field, which can do work. Just that doubt. But thanks for your clarification Sir.
