    You don't need to solve in case of reverse bias. you can directly answer in this case. unfortunately the options are not matching with the correct answer. please find attached.

    ans: I am getting ans= -70uA , may be this option is missed or current (I) given is question has to be i=60uA ,so that option D matches with the answer, here n=1 is taken for germanium . feel free to ask doubts . best regards .
