Answer option A The fold is a reclined fold as the plunge of the fold axis is same as that of dip of the axial plane. Reclined synform and antiform is invalid,( actually in any case is not possible) because both limbs dip in the same direction.

Answer: (a) Reclined Reclined fold is a fold with same dip direction of axial plane and plunge direction of hinge line. The dip direction of axial plane and Plunge direction of hinge line is same (N80E) in the given case. Also the dip amount of axial plane and plunge amount of axial plane is same (20°), so the given fold is a reclined fold. A reclined fold is a type of neutral fold so, there is no antiform or synform in case of reclined fold.
