    planar stratified beds are the sedimentary feature which is parallel to bounding surface. where as Cross stratified or cross lamination is incline to bounding surface i.e top set and Bottom set.

    Answer (b) Planer stratified If internal laminations are parallel to the bounding surfaces then the bedding surfaces are known as planar surfaces. If internal laminations occur at some angle to the bounding surfaces then then bedding surfaces are said to be cross-laminated bedding. Combination of different (more than one cross laminated) beds are said to be a composite bedsets.
