Well most probable answer has to be B . Constant energy conditions are required for well sorted sediments. This case is found exclusively in aeolian and beach sediments which are well sorted due to constant energy conditions while that of streams or rivers the energy (velocity) suffers great fluctuations with position or place and most important factor is time also, so poorly sorted sediments are possible in this case. You can observe this in case of turbidities, where the sediments are poorly sorted as well(positive Skewness) and the sediments remain in suspension and hence turbulent energy conditions.
