    Answer: S70W The dip direction of the foreset of cross beds indicate the paleocurrent direction. The attitude of the foreset is not N20W/22SW. So, the dip direction of foreset bed should be S70W. It means that the paleocurrent direction is S70W. NOTE: There is a typo in the question. No bed can have attitude N20W/22SE. It should be N20W/22SW.
