    Well most probable answer has to be (B) ...... As oldest continental crust is around 4.3 billion years old or 4200 million years and oldest oceanic crust is around 300 million years old, so if onr takes difference then it comes probably close to option (B) that is 3.8 billion years....

    Answer (B) 3.8 by The oldest oceanic crust is about 260 million years old. This oldest continental crust is of 4 billion years old. Time difference between oldest continental crust and oldest oceanic crust = 4000 - 260 = 3740 million years = 3.74 by
