    Most probable answer has to be (B) . Deep focus earthquake are found to be associated to the depth of 70 km atleast. It is associated to the foreland basin because of the fact that foreland basin is a structural basin related to subduction settings( normally of two types - Retroarc and Peripheral) . Your wadatti benioff zone is associated to this deep earthquake only.

    Answer (B) Foreland basin Deep focus earthquakes are associated with convergent plate boundaries. Foreland basins form as a result of plate convergence so deep focus earthquakes are also associated with foreland basins.

    Deep focus earthquake are always associated with subduction zone and swallow focus earthquake is near rift or extension settings that is MOR. Foreland basin is associated with compressional settings so it's the answer.
