The answer should be C) equilibrium between erosion and deposition. Graded stream is a stream showing balance between its transporting capacity and the material supplied to it, thus between degradation and aggradation in stream channel. So, the other options are incorrect and D) is also incorrect.

Answer (C) Equilibrium between erosion and deposition. A graded stream is a stream in equilibrium, showing a balance between its transporting capacity and the amount of material supplied to it, and thus between degradation and aggradation in the stream channel. For difference between graded and ungraded stream, refer to the attached figure (source- slide share) below.
