    Correct answer--(C) Graded stream are characterized by the Equilibrium between the erosional amd depositional norms . You can understand easily by the fact that a stream is said to be at grade(graded stream) when it is neither eroding nor depositing material at any point along its course, so an equilibrium between erosion and deposition.

A graded stream is a stream in equilibrium, showing a balance between its transporting capacity and the amount of material supplied to it, and thus between degradation and aggradation in the stream channel.
