See this. This may clear your doubt. Solifluction is always a slow movement process. This is an image from very trusted website.

Option-D is the only correct Option. I have explained why option-A,B and C are incorrect. Please go through that.

According to the options: Solifluction- Very fast movement and very high water content (This is false because Solifluction is a slow movement process). Rock fall- Very fast movement and low water content (This is false because Rockfalls may be triggered by freeze/thaw action, rainfall, changes in groundwater conditions). Snow avalanche- Very slow movement and high water content (This is false because snow avalanche is a fast movement process). So, only option-D is correct.

Yes, see in this Diagram. Solifluction is a slow movement process (you can see that Solifluction come towards slow movement process). Don't be confused between rockslide and rockfall. Rockfall is entirely different from rockslide. Rockslide can occur in low water content condition but rock fall always requires water.

Answer (D) Creep In geology, creep is a slow downslope movement of particles that occurs on every slope covered with loose, weathered material. The water content of materials is very low in creep. Solifluction is slow movement of wet soil or other material down a slope, especially where frozen subsoil (commonly in permafrost) acts as a barrier to the percolation of water. Snow avalanche is a very fast movement process.
