    Correct answer would be A and C. As quartz arenite is texturally and mineralogically mature. Consists of more than 90% quartz and less than 15% matrix content. Hence one can say as they are well sorted, so long distance transportation conditions prevailed in their formations. Also they have minimal amount of the unstable minerals (feldspar mainly) , so they may be eroded or weathered chemically due warm humid climate. B and D can't be answer here as they are characteristics of arkose (feldspar rich sandstone).

    QUARTZ AERENITE IS HAVING 90 PERCENTAGE OF QUARTZ GRAIN IN A SANDSTONE CLASSIFICATION. A LONG EXPOSURE AND LONG TRANSPORT AND WARM HUMID CONDITION.. AS LONG TRANSPORT QUARTZ WILL ONLY SUSTAINABLE. AND HUMID CLIMATE WILL ERODE AWAY ALL THE FELDPAR ANS CLAY.
