    92.As we know Lithosphere is nothing but the plate so it is actually the crust and upperpart of uppermantle below which asthenosphere is present...on which the lithosphere plate floats by means of convection..so in Average it's 100km or more than that. 93.The continental crust has a thickness from 35 to 50 km the thinner near the passive margin and thicker near the great subduction zone.like Himalaya. Below which we observe the mohorvicic discontinuity. In between upper and lower crust there is Conrad discontinuity.
