see as along the period from left to right...EA value becomes more negative. So F- has more negative EA value among the given ions... and down the group EA value becomes less negative.. and the second electron affinity value of oxygen is positive (+844 kj/mol) due to repulsion arises in adding more electron... So with respect to option D is right

shib check my image i have provided explanation for ionic radius order which is reverse of given order..so A and C are correct and b are wrong...let me check again for D

yes shib keep in mind the main concept that if the tendency of ions to accept electrons is more then the electron affinity value will be more negative...So as i have explain the second EA value of oxygen have positive value..so it has least negative...then come to fluorine it has negative value of electron affinity...Now for sodium ion and magnesium ion..see it has positive charge so tendency to accept electrons is more...so order is right..👍

shib you can also understand by applying this concept...as the nuclear charge increase then the atom has more tendency to attract the extra electron so more will be the electron affinity value... so in this way you can also say that the given order is right as Zeff value of Mg2+>Na+>F->O2-
