Relative stablity

Sir in the four compounds 2,3,4,1 is this order correct regarding stability in descending order?

    p,o methyl benzyl carbocations are more stable due to Hyper conjugation

    At meta position only inductive effects occurs....but at ortho and para position both +H and +I effect of CH3 occurs

    For halogens i told that you see inductive effect....the -I effect of Cl destabilizes the carbocation...so benzyl carbocation is more stable when Cl is present
