Sourav, the Z values depends for real gases...at low values of pressure, The Z value of most of the real gases are less than 1. But, as soon as the pressure is increased, it tends towards the value of 1. and if the pressure is increased further, it becomes greater than 1!
Hydrogen and Helium gases have Z>1, always. But, rest all the real gas follows the same trend which I told you above. 😊
