put optical path difference equal to the condition of destructive interference condition i.e, 2(refractive index of MgF2)*( thickness of MgF2)* cosine of angle of refraction(r)= ((2n+1)* wavelength of light)/2 , where n is order of interference fringe for minimum thickness take n=0 and take normal incidence condition since there is no information about incidence angle.
