    The correct answer is option B. This is because first step is addition of hydroxylamine and results in formation of oxime. In second step with P2O5 , beckmann rearrangement will occur and thus final product is option B

    option C and D both are possible because P2O5 is an dehydrating Agen which on reaction with amide to give alkyl nitrile

    Also there is possibility of dehydration so option D also formed...as P205 is both a dehydrating agent and reagent for beckmann rearrangement
