Fossilized dinosaur bones that contains fragments of rocks can't be an evidence because the impact was at a particular place in Mexico and dispersal of rock debris all around the globe isn't possible. Also the extinction was very gradual (not sudden), extinction caused by change in climatic conditions because sun-earth contact was broken during that time. Due to climatic change, the animals (including dinosours) couldn't survive and finally got extinct.
