Australia is very near to the south pole and as pole get colder, effect will also be observed on Australian continent. Poles are filled with ice which makes those region very colder. Colder regions are dry regions where as hotter regions are moist in nature. Colder nature of South poles influence the climate in Australian continent, and if pole with get colder Australia will become colder and drier as well. The Antarctic Circumpolar Current is an ocean current that flows from west to east around Antarctica in clockwise manner.

Dear gurmeet colder and drier are two different things . warmer means hot colder means low temperature but drier means less moisture in the environment. for example:- in winter season it is cold but less moisture outside so our wet clothes dry faster and take up all the moisture to the environment. circum polar current is the flow of current from West to east region so taking moisture from equator and when it is reached to polar it already had lost all it's moisture by precipitation.

ok. it means hotter region will be moist too.

    eduncle-logo-app

    yes gurmeet

    eduncle-logo-app

but i think Summer are drier also. as in very hot day of june july.

    eduncle-logo-app

no summer is full of moist and that's why we get rain in 5to 6 days

    eduncle-logo-app

    ok sir. thank you.

    eduncle-logo-app

    wt about the arid environment.?

    eduncle-logo-app

why that is arid because moisture from equator to that region is not reachable because it had already rained in the middle so no moisture when the current reached

    eduncle-logo-app

water evaporated mainly from ocean so from equator to pole is the movement of current basically.but other types of currents are also present

    eduncle-logo-app

i m asking wt is "arid " is it equilant to hot and moist environment.

    eduncle-logo-app

arid means less moisture . cold and warm are temperature dependent

    eduncle-logo-app

no arid is a region of less moisture and it is not equivalent to hot moist

    eduncle-logo-app

ok. we can say in between state of dry and moist.
