The statement "the axis of Earth's magnetic field is inclined at 23.5° to the geographic axis of Earth" is false. In actual, The axis of Earth's magnetic field is at an angle of around 10° with the Earth's geographic axis. Furthermore the geographic axis of Earth is tilted by 23.5° to the normal of Earth's orbital plane around sun. See the attached figure for details.

Option A is incorrect because magnetic field axis and geographic axis has angle of 11° not 23 1/2° option c is incorrect because The Thumba Equatorial Rocket Launching Station (TERLS) is an Indian spaceport established on 21 November 1963. Operated by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), it is located in Thumba, Thiruvananthapuram which is near the southern tip of mainland India, very close to earth's magnetic equator. It is currently used by ISRO for launching sounding rockets.
