In 1859, Charles Darwin set out his theory of evolution by natural selection as an explanation for adaptation and speciation. Mendelian inheritance is a type of biological inheritance that follows the principles originally proposed by Gregor Mendel in 1865 and 1866. Darwin theory came out in 1859 and Mendel's theory came out later in 1865/1866, so Mendel's theory of genetic inheritance didn't contribute in Darwin's theory which came in 1859.

Mendel theory didn't contribute because Mandel is inspired by Darwin experiment of bird and finches. Darwin's theory was proposed before Mendel.

Darwin theory was earlier than of Mendel's. So later one (Mendelian inheritance theory) didn't contribute at all in Darwin's theory. Please ask if you still have any confusion.
